Shipping and Delivery

We aim to get every order to you as quickly as possible and deliver both Australia-wide and internationally.  All our items are tracked so you’ll always know when it’s on the way.  By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

• • All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • For shipping within Australia we offer a small flat rate of $10.  International rates are listed below.
  • We offer free standard delivery for orders over $150 throughout Australia and over $300 for International orders.
  • International customers must be aware of potential customs or duty fees applicable to your country.  We are not responsible for these fees.
  • International customers please note: We cannot ship to P.O boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses/bases.
  • Custom product orders may take slightly longer to get to you as we need to allow for production time.
  • Our custom cross-country bibs are made upon request and sent directly from our tailor. These are not included in any free shipping.
  • Shipping costs for custom bib orders are noted under International Delivery below. Please allow additional time for production.
  • Pre-made cross-country bibs fall under domestic shipping if shipped within Australia.
  • Please be aware that during busy sale periods, there may be delays due to a high volume of orders.
  • All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
  • If your location has not been covered in our shipping rates below, please reach out and we can provide a quote on shipping for you.

International Shipping Rates

We understand International shipping costs can be quite expensive therefore we have partly subsidised these costs to make it as affordable as possible for you.  Please note – we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that are charged once your order reaches its destination country.

Asia and Pacific – $30
New Zealand – $20
UK & Europe – $35
Canada – $30
USA – $40 (Due to new regulations with shipping to the USA, we have had to increase our shipping costs to accommodate the additional duties we are required to pay before the parcel leaves Australia.  Orders shipped from Australia to the USA will have duties paid by us – please note this does not apply for custom Cross Country bibs orders – see below)

Custom Cross Country Bib Rates

Our custom made cross-country bibs are made to order and sent directly from our tailor.  These are not included in any free shipping.  Please note that the shipping costs below apply per bib as the cost of shipping is already partly subsidised by us.  If you would like to order three or more bibs, please let us know and we can see if we can get you better rate.  Although it does not normally take this long, please allow up to three weeks for these to be made and delivered, in case of busy periods.
